七夕節通常吃什麼
1、餃子
鄄城、曹縣、平原等地乞巧的風俗卻十分有趣：七個要好的姑娘集糧集菜包餃子，把一枚銅錢、一根針和一個紅棗分別包到三個水餃裡，乞巧活動以後，她們聚在一起吃水餃，傳說吃到錢的有福，吃到針的手巧，吃到棗的早婚。
、巧果
浙江各地在這一天用麵粉制各種小型物狀，用油煎炸後稱「巧果」，晚上在庭院內陳列巧果、蓮蓬、白藕、紅菱等。七夕乞巧的應節食品，以巧果最為出名。巧果又名「乞巧果子」，款式極多。主要的材料是油、面、糖、蜜。《東京夢華錄》中稱之為「笑厭兒」、「果食花樣」，圖樣則有捺香、方勝等。
3、巧芽面
除了吃巧果，有些地方，七月初七吃巧芽面。做巧芽面用的豆芽，要提前七天生，選沒有蟲蛀的綠豆一小碗，洗淨，平鋪到一個盤子裡，用濕紗布蓋好遮住陽光，放到炕頭上，每天噴幾次水使之保持濕潤。七天後，待豆芽長至兩三厘米長，便可做手擀面，下鍋煮熟，過涼水拔透;然後熱鍋坐油，加肉丁炒熟，蔥、姜爆鍋，醬油、醋熗鍋，放綠豆芽炒熟，加水煮沸，再加鹽、味精，做成豆芽湯;把麵條抓到碗裡，澆上豆芽湯即可食之。
4、雲面
膠東人七夕吃巧果子，臨沂人七夕則吃雲面。吃雲面，此面得用露水製成，吃它能獲得巧意。
